Season 3 premieres tomorrwow at 8 pm on Showtime.

I know many of us have already seen the episode when it was leaked as a torrent. It didn't dissapoint and I'm excited to see what this season will bring after an amazing 2nd season. I haven't seen Mad Men yet (the emmy winner for best drama) but I have a hard time beliving it can top Dexter as the best drama on television right now.

Can't wait. I didn't care much for season 1 and I really hated Deb's character, but the second season was phenomenal. I wonder if this season is the book I read the description of last week at Borders.

It's been online for a couple of weeks.

At least you only have to wait one more week for the next one...

That was a great first episode to start it off.
Seems like there'll be multiple stories going on this time Deb finding out who that new guy in homicide really is, and of course Dexter's anti-code murder... Also, Dexter's going to be a father!
I like the new characters added for the season.

    I really enjoy this show.

I saw it all online after seeing the million commercials for it on the web & tv.

I'm hooked ohh and the new season seems to be starting up just as good as the second season left off.

I didn't really see the first two season in full, only part of them, but I watched last night...

Pretty good show and I like how, or at least it seems, like its going to have a number of storylines all at once...

Dexter finding happiness and breaking the rules all at the same time...nice...

the season is almost over and another great season imo

jimmy smits made a great cameo as miguel prado this season and i liked the idea of dexter trying to be "normal" and finding out what it means to be normal.
Miguel outsmarting dexter and trying to be a new "dexter" himself.

why does deb always fall for the criminals?

probably one of the best shows on television right now

    other people thoughts on s3?

that scene where miguel killed that first guy was great. you knew right then that he had created a monster.

i'm secretly hoping the finale ends in a lesbian tryst between miguel's widow and rita. yummy.

Smits was great as Miguel and I'm looking forward to the season finale...He was a monster and couldn't keep up with Dexter...

yeah this has been another great season. i'd put it below season 2 but this has been another top notch season. they had a very high bar to reach after season 2 and they did it. the level of drama and suspense they manage to get into every show is amazing.

I guess I'm somewhat ashamed to admit I really like a series about a serial killer, but the writing on this show is way above average. I really like all the characters, except Rita. Mazuka and Deb crack me up every show. I have a co-worker that has the same mouth as Deb. Actually, she might could teach Deb a few phrases. Jimy Smitts has been great this season. Very powerful character. I'm looking forward to the finale next week.

Amazing season so far. I'd put it as my favorite of the 3 seasons and the show just eclipsed into my favorite show on TV over Lost now. Maybe my mind will change once Lost starts back up, but for now Dexter is king!

Dexter did not disappoint. It was great from the first episode of season 3 to this very last one. Can't wait for the season finale but I'll be bummed out because I'll have to wait for season 4!

This is one of the best shows on TV hands down.

I still like season 1 the best. While I understand the need to develop story lines and characters, I have a certain nostalgia for watching Dexter capture different murderers and scumbags each week. These days, there's not so much of that as Dexter has other, more time-consuming problems to worry about.

While I like this season, the way the Skinner story-line was handled left a little bit to be desired imo. Still, the last few episodes have been pretty riveting, which is a nice pay-off for what I considered to be a somewhat slow first two-thirds of the season.

GF got me into this show. I cannot put it down. Even the previews pulled me one way making think one thing just for it to turn out to be something else. Still I'm not watching the previews for the finale. This should be good.

Only character i can't stand is Deb. Miguel was awesome and I was rooting for the friendship but dude backstabbed Dexter and that's just the wrong person to **** around with.

Yeah great show. Smits has been a great addition this season. C.S. Lee has always been killer on this show. I miss him on Chuck, but he provides geat comedy almost every episode. Getting ready for the bachelor party was classic.

Agreed with everyone. This season has been great. The Miguel character was a great addition to this season. Season two was better than season three but not by much. I'm so glad that the show got renewed for a fourth and fifth season.

    Best show on TV!

It's definitely been a top notch season. It started out a bit slow, but as always the plot threads that lay at the beginning bear fruit by the end of the season. Miguel's character and Dexter's search for a normal life (a best friend and a wife and kid) have been compelling TV. The writing on this show is incredible. Definitely my favorite show on right now.

I'm about to check out the books starting with Darkly Dreaming Dexter. It's my understanding that Season 1 follows book 1, but then the show went it's own direction. I need my Dexter fix in the long wait until Season 4.
