Well he finally played and I like so many of you'll was impressed by him. I wish I could have seen his outside shot but he had good size and was quick enough to play the 2 spot. I thought he porvided solid defense if not better than solid defense. He also had a great free throw stroke, something this team seems to lack a quanity of. Only time will tell but if first impressions mean anything then Rudy has given another CBA'er a steady NBA career. I guess time will only tell if we have another Sam Mack or Melvin Booger.

Yeah, I was impressed. I was really impressed by his clean free throw stroke. Like you said before, he is big and quick and seemed like he can play good defense. I look forward to seeing him more and more as he gets accustomed to his role.

I saw him playing at Practice with Kenny Thomas. His 3 point stroke looked excellent. He is a great player, he hustles alot.

    Spencer,
    WHATEVER!!!

What are you talkin about? Gray didn't have that good of a game today, but today was his first game. Plus Francis3 says he saw him practice and was impressed by him. I agree with him, and I think a lot of other ppl do too.

This guy got into major foul trouble in a short amount of time BUT......he was aggressive defensively, hit his free throws, looked comfortable taking his shot......most of all he was aggressive and not afraid to carve a niche for himself on this team.

We're going to see alot more of this guy...I really liked what I saw. Props to the Rocket Org. for snatching this guy from the CBA....Vintage Rudy!!!

I'd much prefer watching this guy playing 14 minutes and picking up six fouls than watching Bullard stand around waiting for something to happen!!!!

Gotta love the way he made those free throws with ease. And he did look confident. He is too big for a 2. What makes yall think he is a 2? He is a 4. And looks bigger than I thought he would at 6' 7".

    Go Rudy!

One reason he is a two is because he said he was. In an interview of the pre-game show he said everybody is bigger in the NBA and he will be playing mostly the 2 and 3 spots and a little bit of 4. I think he played the 3 or 4 tonight or else the Blazers, the team most overloaded at the power forward spot has just converted Stacy Augmon into a power forward.
