I have to think of 3 devices (preferrably small) that I can improve. My technology course (it's drafting/AutoCAD) is finally demanding something of me, instead of just sitting back and surfing the net. It's also 50% of my grade. Anyway, for Friday I have to think of 3 products and write an essay on each suggesting how I can improve them. Then, I choose one of these three and I have to create my idea in AutoCAD or Inventer. Next I have to make a working prototype. Now, the idea is very general; it can be anything from a car part to a software program, but again, something small or not too hard to make because I have to create a working prototype. Any ideas? You can improve anything by adding racing stiripes, and adding aerodynamic wings. Go get a coffee mug and get to work.
I think they should come up with a Tivo for car stereos. You can record talk shows that might normally miss, songs that you never seem to hear, etc.
How about treadmills or stationary bikes with a dvd player and small screen built into it? Then when u go to the gym, u take ur dvd with u and watch it. Another idea I had was the other day when my friend had an accident, the other guy was lying out of his teeth, so I thought it would be cool to somehow install a camera on all cars that records the last few minutes until you press a button to save the last few minutes. If there's a more practical way to do it, then that's good too. Anyways, those are two things that crossed my mind the last few days.
maybe Mrs. Samurai needs a little assistance...of course, if the batteries keep dying down, she probably needs a LOT of assistance...
mrs. samurai... hahaha. well i tried bringing devices into play a few times but i mean it didn't radically improve anything. is it because when you are married you need to spice things up or something?
Tivo for car stereos - coming out this year... I forget the name of the company, but I'm sure Google will find it. Treadmill/bike with DVD player - if you mean it's powered while you use it, it's been done (for regular TV). Wasn't popular enough. Car radio that plays TV audio - don't know about that. If it hasn't been done, I wonder why not.
