I need a med which is not illegal anywhere. It's not available anywhere in or around me either.

It's apparently available in the U.S. and India. I can't afford to fly anywhere at the moment. Apparently no one can ship this med for me because it's rarely used and not worth shipping a whole batch.

It's called Modafinil and its equivalents are Provigil or Modalert.

I have a perscription and a letter from my certified doctor saying that it's not available in my country and I need it.

I went to London and they had it. Unfortunately, they refused to give it to me unless I got the perscription from England. That would require doing a very expensive 12-hour test again (MSLT). My insurance covered it the first time but they won't cover it again.

The only other thing I can think of is online pharmacies. Does anyone know which ones are good and I can trust? What are the drawbacks or the risks?

I would really appreciate the help. I don't want to just go surfing around for anything. I also want to know what to look for.

    Thanks

Not to pry or anything, but isn't modafinil generally prescribed for narcolepsy? I'm just wondering, and if you don't want to answer the question or give reasons for why you need the medication, I more than understand.

I tried it for a month for help with depression and hyper-somnia (sleeping 14 hours a day).

    Worthless IMO.

    Fyreball,

Sever Idiopathic Hypersomnolence (I think I spelled it right). Whatever the hell that means. The key stat is that in my sleep study (MSLT) my brain woke up 51 times in 8 hours. He said that basically I've rarely had a good night's sleep for at least the last 6 years of my life and upto when I was 6-7yrs old.

    nolimitnp,

Some people have reported depression from using Modafinil. I also don't think this is the right drug for Hypersomnia, but I'm not a doctor.

In any case, I should've made it clearer that I was asking if the website is reliable, not the drug. I don't think I have very many options.

My buddy gets some of his meds from Quality Generics.com

The medication is shipped from either India or Hong Kong, so some American buyers are wary of this. But he really hasn't had a problem with it. But its legit though. You get your medication in the mail a few weeks later. Plus you don't even need a prescription.

I checked on their site, but it doesn't appear they have your specific medication though.
