This isn't even true. Media dude should do research before posting like this. We gave up our own pick also to get will Anderson. Not like the Cleveland pick is the only reason we have him. Lareny Tunsil trade is still the worst trade in history of nfl.
Have you seen what the dolphins got for what we gave them? definitely worse than what we got back for Deshaun. WR Tyreek Hill WR Jaylen Waddle S Jevon Holland CB Noah Igbinoghene G Solomon Kindley LB Channing Tindall WR Erik Ezukanma
But Tunsil is still playing at a hall of Fame type level and Miami is still searching for stability at LT. Watson is not doing anything. May not have been able to get Stroud if not for the Tunsil trade.
Two words that sound the same like pray and prey have such different meanings. Don't know what made me think of that. Oh wait....
One thing that is interesting about this situation. Other than the Browns, I bet every single owner in the NFL is ecstatic that this contract has turned out so poorly. There was a lot of noise about the precedent that Cleveland was setting when they offered that contract, and it is pretty clear they won't get their overall value out of it, and may even become an albatross around the teams neck that prevents them from fielding a reasonable team in a year or two. That'll be a key point of data in future QB negotiations for other big time QBs around the league.
Yes He obviously got too comfortable with the consensual sex and women took advantage of it. Either way, I'm glad it turned out that way because now we have CJ
The stroud part I might agree with. But we don't even need Tunsil. He missed multiple games this year and CJ didn't even get sacked and one of those games was against the vaunted Pittsburgh dline. CJ is the oline and the wrs. Soo good.
Texans don't need Tunsil...yah I'm sure CJ doesn't need one of the best LT protecting him. I mean, CJ is amazing...but anyone who thinks CJ doesn't need protection on his blind side doesn't know football.
Tunsil has been the best pass blocking LT in the league for years. He is super valuable even though he gets hurt occasionally.
Hill was acquired with Texans’ pick. Other trades. Also, Dolphins have made the playoffs once since the Tunsil trade. Lost in WC.
