Might as well contract the nba into 4 teams now. Lakers, Heat, Mavs, and knicks.

That way all the superstars can play together.

Yeah, they are... especially not being on them.

The Rockets don't (or certainly didn't before the season) believe Williams would balk at Houston. I look at those four teams on his "list" and while they're all fairly big to big markets, they also all need a point guard badly. Houston doesn't. Putting Houston on the list would be unfair to Lowry.

Not saying that's the reason for sure... just my take on it, because I know the Rockets have positive vibes from Deron about Houston. How much I don't know.

Also, if I recall correctly, Chris Paul was GOING TO THE NEW YORK KNICKS... no ifs, ands or buts about it. Then the Lakers were great with him... then the Clippers were great with him.

When you are not on it. The rockets had no issues when they were on tmacs.

I'm sure the opportunity to play with Kobe or with Griffin didn't hurt. We don't really have anyone of that caliber for DWill to come here to play with. :(

It's an interesting question. It'd certainly give us an idea of how much Dallas being his hometown is a factor in wanting to play there.

These "wish lists" may be painting targets on the backs of certain teams. Small market owners may want to tighten the screws against them even more in the next CBA.

There was a difference, the rockets had to shell out talent to get him and they gave up some pretty good players. When a player who is about to be a free agent only wants to go to 4 teams then there is nothing you can do really as the other teams, thats what makes it annoying. These players need to grow a pair and man up, whats up with all this wussy need to team up with other superstars.. if you notice his list is awfully similar to dwight which tells me he is basically saying ill go where dwight goes

Why are wish lists annoying? For your field of work, if you had a choice, don't you have places where you preferably want to work?

Out of all the reasons you can ask as to how will Deron end up in NY this is what you come up with? Mike Bibby and Baron Davis? REALLY?

So guys should make wish list to please fans instead of pleasing themselves?

And the Nets can get good players for him if they elect to trade him so there really is not a huge difference between Houston being on T-macs wish list and Deron being on those guys wish list.

    lol

On a serious note I can't believe Derek Fisher is not a backup PG at this point in his career.
