    I wouldn't release him just fine him a game check for game and practice he missed,,, then trade him to the bobcats in the offseason..

    I personally hope he does not want to be a Rocket, takes a small buyout and wr basically get a #1 for clueless Jordan Hill. Fisher is not a good player anyway.

    "Decent," that's funny. Though to the point, he obviously does not want to play here. I cannot understand why fans want a player who does not necessarily want to suit up for their team, even if he was a star. I cannot stand wanting a disinterested party almost like someone wanting a person who does not like them at all.

    Derek Fisher is one of the biggest scams in the NBA.

    You hear about his professionalism but he weaseled his way out of the Jazz.

    He flops and cheats every single time he is on the court.

    Absolutely no respect for this con man.

    I whole-heartedly agree. That lame excuse to get out of the Jazz was despicable - as if there are no hospitals in Utah. Plus, he's on the road all the time anyway. To use his child's health as an excuse like that was a scumbag move.
