Looking at the Wade Phillips thread . . .I think he will be fired
but I was wondering . . .does anyone think he will get another DC job?

Dom Capers - Seems to be doing very well with the packer's Defense
I guess the next thing is. . .
    what Coaches that will get fired will find Coordinator jobs . . . . . . .

Would you entertain the idea of Wade Phillips as a DC if they fire Frank Bush?

Wade Smith...eh, no thanks. He seems old and like the game has passed him by.

If Kubiak gets fired, I think he'll definitely get an OC job, judging by how well the Texans O has done.

Josh McDaniels too, maybe? If he wasn't such a douchebag.

John Fox is the guy I like to have as DC. Runs a 4-3 and doesn't need great corners to be successful. Unfortunately, he's a big name and will probably get a HC gig somewhere.

No thanks on Wade Phillips. Rather not reboot the defense again especially with the offense being win-now.

And it does look like Kubiak might get the boot if the Texans don't make the playoffs.

I disagree. Mario Williams is best suited for a 4-3 defense but I think all the other main players, Cushing, Ryans, Smith could flourish in a 3-4 defense. I think Mario is good enough to play in any defense. The most important position in a 3-4 defense is a big fat nose tackle and the Texans don't have that player right now on this team. Most coaches take a break after they get fired so I don't know if Wade Phillips comes here in 2011. He and Kubiak are good friends since the days Kubiak was the ball boy with the Oilers and also when Kubiak was the backup QB with Denver while Phillips was their defensive coordinator.
