No, not the kind from the halls of Congress. The speakers on my desktop computer seem to be pcking up a radio signal. Turning down the volume does not eliminate the signal. Anyone know of any solutions beside unplugging?
I'm not sure. It is very muffled. I will have to listen closely. It really occurs mostly at this time of night (morning). Can't say as I even notice it during the daytime.
