8 mil hospital is actually not a lot considering all the expensive medical equipments you need to get to get the hospital running.
I'm not sure if it's true or not, but I've heard that it's very common for immigrants from Africa to have to change their age for some reason. Maybe it has something to do with qualifying for school scholarships over here.

a lot of indians do that too but they actually lie about their age making them to be older to start school earlier or qualify them earlier than they should. so if anything deke could be younger than 38 but probably not by much, a few months or so EDIT: anyone know when a press conference will be?
Big or small, my guess is that an $8 mil hospital actually costs about $8 mil. Not sure what you consider a lot of money, but $8 mils is a lot more than I have ever donated.
