Hey guys, this is a debate thread. You can give give arguments and debate the arguments of others. At the end, we will decide which side wins. Debate situation: The NBA Commish have to take away one of Scola and Landry from Rockets team and only for next year. The fans will decide who they want to keep. So Who would you like to keep for next year, Landry or Scola?
Screw that. I want both here for a long time. The Rockets went from having zero effective power forwards for many years to 2 this year.
Why create some stupid never will happen situation? Just say which one would you like to keep? AKA which one is better. It's a good topic to debate but the way you made it just annoys. As much as I love Landry I would pick Scola. Landry's knees worry me.
If we could still have Mike Harris then I would say lets keep Scola. He has more experience, he can slash and can hit the mid range jumper.

if we had to do w/o one for next year, i'd keep Scola. i think his immediate upside is greater than Landry's although Carl's might have greater long term potential.

Me and one of my boys had a debate over who would start next year. Landry will have the summer league and is three years younger, but Scola adds something different thab Landry. We basically said Landry probably will start unless we get to the secound round of playoffs.
