I remember couple months before Rockets picked JVG as head coach, while at that time he was still under contract with Knicks. In order to let JVG come to Houston earlier, Rockets promised couple requirements from Knicks. One requirement was that Rox would give its future 2nd round draft to Knicks, and the other was that Rockets promised to play pre-season game with Knicks in NY city, with Yao Ming in the team. But sounds that we will not play any preseason against Knicks. Anybody know what's the final deal?
