ok, you guys goaded me into saying it... i warned you not to! --the only good faget, is a dead faget......... i'm just joking of course...he seemed like a nice guy
It is pronounced Fah-jay. I used to work with his daughter, Ann, at Lockheed Martin. This guy is a NASA legend, and will be missed.
whatever man. you are being a complete jackass trying to make an offensive joke out of a pretty well respected man's name who just died. don't try to be coy. if you were really trying to post this just as news then you would put his first name on the thread title too and not make it come off as a crude joke. this guy is someone's father or grandfather. good job making yourself look like an ass after someone died.
In all my years of BBS perusing across "the internets," I have yet to see a board mod EVER lock his own thread - least of all for bad taste. I suspect we will not be seeing the first example of it here. Anyway, I still find it weird how the early astronauts are largely forgotten. The guys had ballz of steel to do what they did...
I don't see what everyone is so upset about. Fagets deserve the same rights and respect as anyone else. Just like the Kagys.
I don't have to wait for someone to die to do that! Look, I'm not trying to hurt anyone's feelings. There are a bunch of really sad Fagets out there right now, mourning the death of The MAX Faget. I thought it was noteworthy. Perhaps you're one of the Fagets and that's why this thread is bothering you. If so, I apologize-- I mean no disrespect to you or your Faget family. Being a Faget is not something people choose, it is something they are born into. I do understand that.
