Well Clutchfans, I figured it was time for another melon headed take on the Houston Rockets. In this installment, we take a look at what I believe the Rockets are really up to. Nice vid DD.. I'm gonna have to disagree with you on KM though. I believe he was brought here to be a major piece of the puzzle. The guy can drop 20ppg blind-folded on any given night. I don't think he's going anywhere.
Interesting take on dealing Martin. I dont think the fan base would go crazy if kevin did get moved because there has not been enough time to build that bond yet. If we do trade kevin we have to find a way to snag Rudy Fernandez from portland or some other 2 that level or better. Chase and JT wont cut it at the 2 spot.
It's okay, DD. MOST of the comments and feedback I get from my writing and radio shows is negative. I'm just happy people listen/read...even if they feel like being D-bags about it afterwords.
Thanks Chuck, if it really bugged me that much I would stop doing them. I do them to have a little bit of fun and to break up the monotony of the GARM. Whether you like them or hate them at least I hope they are somewhat entertaining. That is the real reason for posting a vid, nothing more. And, I expect the 2 or 3 star rating......when you are unafraid of speaking your mind, you are going to rub some folks the wrong way. No worries, I would have a beer with everyone on here, I don't hold too big of a grudge....well except for Samwise Fisher. Nah, even him I would grab a nice cold one with....we are all here because we support the Rockets...regardless of how each of us would go about doing it. And, that....I completely respect. DD
Me either Mr. Clutch, but I would think that he is probably our most valuable trading chip right now. An efficient scoring wing on a decent contract......and he is in a place on the roster where we have significant depth... DD

Good stuff DD! I love your Rockets passion! I don't want to give up too soon on the Kevin Martin project, but if it only took him and #14 to get #4 and Rubio, I might be in for it.
The whole reason I stopped the vids and switched to podcasts is because the only feedback you get is "you're ugly!" "You got big ears!" "You look like a dork!" etc.. I still get people just trying to be dicks, but as I've said in the past, I'm just glad my work makes people react. One way or the other. Keep doing what you do, DD.
Great stuff DD as usual. I personally think the only way the rockets can move up in this draft to #4 is with a big time scoring 2 like Kevin Martin, it will be painful but could pay off down the road.
I wonder where they think they are in the rebuilding process. If they think they can bring Rubio and make a run with Rubio-Jefferson-Martin, then maybe they'll go for it.
the latest from fords mock draft 6.1 has turner and wes johnson going #2 and #3. the wolves would be left choosing big men or trading. i think if this happens (hopefully) the rockets will be able to convince the wolves to take #14 and maybe ariza for #4. with maybe JT or a future pick thrown in as sweetener. ANOTHER option would be if the wolves took cousins and traded jefferson to the rockets. #14 plus martin works. OR #14, knicks pick 2012, plus ariza and ending contracts. pairing jefferson with yao would really challenge the lakers inside game. bottom line is morey has all of the assets to make it work and the wolves might be highly motivated sellers. how much is morey willing to give up to get something done is another story.
