Weird. I'm not sure why he would do that. You'd think he already has total creative control in his band...afterall, it's named after him. Honestly, this doesn't excite me that much. Those guys are greater than the sum of their parts. Of course I said the same thing about Ben Folds solo album...until I bought it.
