    Dave Chappelle will be appearing in two special hurricane benefit shows at the Houston Improv this Friday, November 11th and as an Improv email update subsriber you get first crack at these sure to sell out (in an hour or two) shows! Tickets are $75 each and go on sale on today, Monday, November 7th at noon sharp. You can call for tickets starting at 12:00pm at 713-333-8800 or go to www.improv.com to book online. Do not call before 12pm! This is a special pre-sale announcement and the shows will not be advertised or posted on the website until then!

    Dave Chappelle is a great actor, but I've never found his stand up to be that great...

    Wow, I think of it the exact opposite. He is great at stand up but his movies are barely watchable.

    Now, Chappelle's Show is another story. Absolute genius.

    His stand up specials are. Last year in Houston Chappelle sucked hard. His opening act was better.

    For What It's Worth was pretty good

    To me no one tops the vulgar humor (which I love) of Chris Rock.

    But Chappelle's show was funnier than his standup.
