The cause of death for Kile, 33, is unknown at this time. Kile was 5-4 in 14 starts this season. The game, scheduled for a noon start, was delayed when the teams learned of the tragedy. Commissioner Bud Selig was at the game but was unavailable for immediate comment. Selig is in attendance for the pregame tribute to legendary Cards broadcaster Jack Buck, who died Wednesday after battling Parkinson's disease for years.</blockquote></i>
