remember when anthony weiner was sexting with some college chick and he sent a pic of his underpanted boner with his baby in the pic too...he went to prison. how is this different? societal double standards suck. lock her up!
She was a 15 years old, and the conviction (plea bargain) was "transferring obscene material to a minor" so, yes, different. And we can also probably say public posting is different than sexting privately ... as you wouldn't get a "transferring obscene material to a minor" charge for posting publicly and a minor later viewing the material ... not when Larry Flynt was still alive, at least.
