    Damon to Memphis?
    Chad Ford says after trying to work out a deal with two other teams, Damon Stoudamire could land in Memphis:
    Stoudamire has been flirting with both the Rockets and the Cavs, but hasn't been able to get a deal done. The latest looks like he's leaning toward signing a deal with the Grizzlies.

    because going to Memphis will get you closer to the ring than the Rockets or even the Cavs :rolleyes: . Next in line please!

    What's interesting to me about this is that it means Memphis can move Jason Williams without getting a PG back. They can do worse than run with a Stoudamire/Bobby Jackson rotation at point.

    You have to remember this is a guy that wrapped mar1juana in foil to sneak it through a metal detector. He probably doesn't even remember saying that stuff. :rolleyes:

    I'd rather have Jason Williams or upgrade our SG position anyways. I don't think our PG combo is bad, and at least we don't have to worry about when drug tests come around for them. ;)
