http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2203066 PITTSBURGH -- A man accused of pretending to be Pittsburgh Steelers quarterbacks was fined $300. Brian Jackson of Brentwood pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct charges yesterday. Authorities say Jackson pretended to be quarterbacks Ben Roethlisberger and Brian St. Pierre to two women so he could date them. Jackson gave one of the women a signed football and signed Roethlisberger's name on a Steelers jersey owned by the woman's neighbor. A judge accepted Jackson's plea deal to a reduced charge because Jackson completed a psychological evaluation and has stayed away from his accusers. ------------------------- On a related note, David Carr is paying people $300 a piece to dress up and look like him in public.
and in other news, telling women that you are a rich and successful businessman when you are in fact a bum will net you 30 days in jail. Also, in unrelated topic, women wearing makeup will be sent to jail for a week since their lips aren't really that red without the lipstick, nor are their eyelashes that long without the mascara.
Tell me about it... HE thought he would fool me... but then we danced so close I felt IT (no, not the eBay new item)... I foiled his plan... i knew immediately a HE was not a SHE...
In other news, the Houston Texans offensive linemen were also fined $300 each for the same offense of impersonating professional football players
hahaha....texans o-line jokes just never get old. and the guy was arrested because he was signing autographs and using his fake identity to get into places for free and pick up women. that's called fraud. regardless, it was probably a little excessive (punishment), because women do the same thing every friday/saturday night.
