    No, he didn't.

    There's also 8 teams that are 0-2.

Maybe, but I doubt it. It looks like a top 10 pick.

The question to ask over the next 5 years or so will be if the team would have been better with CJ/Anderson as is or if they dont trade up for Anderson and keep this years pick and it could have resulted in adding Marvin Harrison Jr. This working on the assumption that CJ was going to be the guy last year no matter what.

    CJ/Will or CJ/Marvin Harrison Jr???

Or what if it was CJ/2024 #1 Pick? Trade #1 for boat load of future picks?

Just get me that game changing TE that can block and catch and it will make up for not getting Marvin Marvin.
Last year y'all said Michael Mayer. So far 2 targets for 2 yards. =(
Then sign Higgins. Receivers are going to want to come and play with CJ.
    Reviving Woods and Nico's career.

I would've rather had WA/Carter last yr and two 1sts next yr.

If they cant draft Bowers/MHJ/Nabers then give me Worthy and Sanders.

Then the best OT that can play OG in the 3rd. Or even trade up into the 2nd for this guy.

Use the draft and protect Stroud. Use FA to fix the defense.

Maybe. That gets convoluted real fast, but it could have been an option too sure. I'd hate to pass up on blue chippers just to spread out the talent personally.

I don't think it will be the first pick, but it very well could be. Draft night next year is going to be painful, but it is what it is. Hopefully they improve as the season progresses and that pick will become less valuable!

If CJ looked like a bust then yea it would bother me but he’s looking like he’s legit and Texans will still have a shot at a game changing wr with Browns pick (worthy , Coleman , Egbuka etc)

Carter didn't make it to 12. So the Texans would have had him.

This really doesn't worry me as CJ looks like the answer at QB. I'd feel differently if I had serious concerns about him. Also, Will Anderson looks better than any 2024 DE draft pick. So, yes, the trade may have cost us a chance at a top 2024 WR, but I will always prioritize pass rush over receiving. I get the appeal, though. To me, this is the order of position importance: (1) QB; (2) pass rusher; (3) LT; (4) #1 WR; (5) lockdown corner.

Could've traded 1-12 and 2-34 to move up three spots.

You get the two best impact DL in the draft and you wouldn't be seeing what you saw yesterday.

Just look at the middle linebacker scurrying back to that side of the field... CJ read his 1 and 2 options and delivered a dart to Nico. Feels good.
