try living there... I watched the Dallas/Houston series there (born and raised in Houston, lifelong Rox fan) and was in a bar full of Mavs fans. I was cheering quietly for the Rockets and had people throwing stuff at me and almost got into a fight with an obnoxious Dallas fan. Worst people in the nation
True. I can't imagine it. I was at the AAC for the Mavs/Rox game earlier this season (my company has great season tickets to Mavs games) and some fan was wearing a T-Mac jersey, minding his own business and enjoying the game when all of a sudden this group of teenagers started pelting him with peanuts and were screaming at him about being bald. It was unbelievable. Too bad we lost To the original starter, fortunately I'll be in H-town this weekend, so no can do. I'm down for someplayoff viewing parties when we grab the 7 or 8 seed...I miss watching games with fellow fans
Yeah, me and the wife went in full Rockets garb and stayed till the bitter end. I almost beat this guys butt who was sitting behind us. Right before the game started he just flipped my cap, rockets cap of course, I turned around and told if he touched me again I clock him. He didn't bother me again. As the game got worse, we loaded up on the booze and got to hear crap from everyone and their mother each time we went up to the consession stand to get more brews. We ended up getting loaded with these 2 Mavs fans, talking crap to each other but in a friendly way, have these drunken fotos we don't remember take as we left the AAC......ah the playoffs........
yeah dallas fans really do suck...i was at the game 7 blowout in dallas, which was almost made up by being at game 2 where tmac hit the game winner and dunked over bradley's ass...
poor bradley, he's missed... by everyone except the mavs that is.... so we doing this tomorrow (sat) or sun for the game, or both?
Haven't done this in a while, so I say we do it against Dallas...Wed March 15 at 8:00pm... I would prefer Wizards, but am open to any other suggestions...I'll bump this next week as well, but wanted to plant the seed...

Off topic, but you guys who cheer on the Rockets in arch-enemy territory (dallas) are real soldiers ...er soljas. For real. Keep up the good work and keep pissing off those fairy Mavs fans.
I was at the game too in the upper deck I trucked it up that morning and stoped at hooters in downtown little d since that was the only bar I saw and according to locals it's the only non gay bar in downtown little d. Anyway it sucked I was getting pushed from behind from this guy and I finally told him to stop or else, well he did it again and I turned around to push him as he went down his freind sucker punched me and then I went at it with like three of them. It's funny because all of the fans I have ever seen at rangers, mavs or cowboys games are such p*****s and I guess that game they felt like they were billy bad a$$ or something.
