Michael Lohan was accused of assaulting his brother-in-law, Matt Sullivan, at a first communion party on May 23. Lohan was arraigned June 3 in First District Court in Hempstead on charges of second-degree assault, the Nassau County Police Department said. Seventeen-year-old Lindsay Lohan has starred in "Mean Girls," "Freaky Friday," and "Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen." Her father is to return to court June 8.
