First of all, I just upgraded to Windows 7 but I dont think that's related with the issue here, just to inform what OS I'm using now. My OS is in my C: and everything was working fine after the upgrade. I went to my D: (which I hold all my files/pics/doc.) and right click on it - went to Properties - Security - and check on everything below DENY I was seeing if this was prevent people from accessing my D: if I wasnt at home. After I click OK, when I try to access my D: it would say "D: Access is denied" which was ok for testing to see how it works .. so I went back to Security - and click all the Allow side ... and could access the D: again. Well, before I left .... I went back in and checked under the DENY again. Now, when I right click on the D: - into Properties - (the Security tab) is gone. When I got into Disk Management - I see the D: still healthy Capacity - 220GB but under FREE SPACE is 100% Did it somehow get formatted or corrupted? Anybody with any ideas how I can access this D: again? Damn, I wish I had just left it alone now...
