Just have seen him with his trainer and he is at an all time new level of dedication. NY was just a terrible situation. (for everyone)
Harden, Howard, Beverley, Ariza, Daniels, Jones, DMo, Canaan, Johnson we can name players too if that's what you're about
Washed up Tyson is the only one who plays defense on that squad. Carlisle will mask their issues well though
I can't believe we are at a point where Monta Ellis is named when talking about why a team will be, not just good, but top 4 or 5 in a loaded western conference. And btw...I think Ellis, parsons and dirk might be the worst defensive trio in the nba...if we are trying to name "big 3's."
I see a clear playoff team - I see a first round exit team. The west is just so damn tough. Durant, Westbrook and Ibaka - CP3, Griffin and a very deep team, Duncan, Parker, Ginobili, Lenard - the Warriors if they can get Love - and yes, Houston. Harden, Howard, Beverly, Ariza and TJones is a hell of a starting five - easily better than Dallas. Our bench is a big unknown though and we still could use a stretch 4 that can defend LMA...
Not to say that Felton cannot turn this around... but chubby NBA players are always "showing a new level of dedication" and "getting in the best shape of their lives," "losing 15 lbs of fat and gaining 15 lbs of muscle."
hey dude not to be rude but this qualifies in the no shi**t sherlock dept. Do you have any news on our game action and roster moves? I am pretty sure no one here gives a rats vagina about felton. This is your thread and all that but can we get a what what on the latest? thanx. internet fist bump thanks for keeping it real.
Dallas has sacrificed depth and defense (slightly) in hopes that Parsons is a star. Houston has sacrificed depth and offense (slightly) in hopes of finding a star better than Parsons. I think it's a wash. Both will be good, Houston probably 3-5 wins better.
I agree with cyberx in regards to Dallas. They are a better team than last year...you know, the team that gave SA the biggest trouble during the playoffs. Their problem is that next year will be their best chance to make something happen. After that, Dirk gets a year older and Chandler comes a year closer to being "the Man".
