The rockets should play hardball with all our free agents and let the hammer fall where it may.give dream an offer and let it stand, give one to shandon,mo t,bullard, and mooch likewise.Because truth of the matter, the rockets have to move on.the only players they really can't replace is stevie franchise and maybe the cat.if they want they could let cato start earning his pay and start, griffin could play either 3 or the 4,t-morris could be the 3,and so could langhi.colso could back up stevie and they still would have money to go after marc jackson.try this lineup.francis, mobley, griffin, jackson, and cato.colson, thomas, collier, langhi, and morris on the bench. Now you have bench players who know thier bench players and starters who know they're starters. The rockets need to get tough and let the heads roll.stop trying to be so nice to these marginal free agents we have.

    "francis,mobley,griffin,jackson,and cato.colson,thomas,collier,langhi,and morris "

Am I the only person tired of the lotto? And how do you know they havent already set a contract up for our "marginal" FAs. "move on" should not mean taking several steps back.

Uuh.. I think that's what's being accomplished with the press conference.

Press conference announcements are generally (but not always) an acknowledgement of a given state of affairs. Scheduled ones are generally an acknowledgment of an agreed-to state of affairs. Something has already been worked out...

Don't worry abt the lottery, Ziggy. We won't be there.
