As most of you know, I own a couple of sandwich places. So this dude calls me up yesterday ranting about how one of my managers had lied to him the day before about some fudge in the ice cream shake. Dude had a difficult time breathing while he was talking, so I'm not sure if he was just super excited or needs to cut back on the fudge for a bit. Anyway, apparently he was told he had gotten the fudge in his shake, but he went home and discovered that it wasn't there. I asked the girl about it, and she told me she had gotten it confused with a bunch of other ice cream shakes she had made around the same time. She told me she had apologized to the man already about it and offered him some free stuff but the guy was just intent on making her cry. Well, I couldn't believe he was still so worked up about a simple mistake. However, since the customer is always right, I fired her on the spot for effing up the fudge and then being so confused that she even apologized for her mistake when the customer pointed it out to her. I hope she learned her lesson! Never admit your mistake to someone looking for an excuse or you will be fired.
I like to go in your sandwich shops and steal all your condiments. I hope your bottom line is ****ed up!
True Story from yesterday. Me, being my 185lb fat ass, was craving some greasy fried food. I decided on McDonalds and ordered me a 10 piece nugget meal, larged size with a coke. I get to the window and the guy hands me a medium coke. I double checked the receipt to ensure I was charged the upsize, and it seemed I had. So I told the guy I ordered a large sized meal. He told me that I wasn't charged the upsize and I handed him the receipt. Apparently the poor sap couldn't interpret the ambiguous receipt just like I couldn't. Instead of arguing about it, he punched a couple keys on his register and the auto drink dispense made me a large drink. He then handed it to me and told me to keep the medium too. That is how I expect to be treated. Even though I am certain I was charged right and they employee thought I wasn't, he just "fixed" the problem without arguing about it or trying to get out of 10 seconds of work.

Can you please list the ingredients of your ice cream shakes so that I can see how bad they are for me?
The correct resolution here is to tell the douchebag customer to go **** himself and then take the girl in the backroom and pour the fudge on her breasts and proceed to lick it off.
You f'd up the system by using the wrong terminology. You ask for to have your meal super sized not large sized. It was all on you homie.
Customers are hardly ever right, you just have to kiss their asses now, more than ever, because they can make you look bad in front of more people with the internet.
This is the truth. In my case, I was right. It's funny that people think I'm some angry dolt who needs anger management, though. I was angry about it for literally less than three minutes.
