    Is there a way to decorate, say, a debit gift card, or a store gift card with any jpeg picture you want on the card?

    Want to give something like this away as a wedding gift.

    I think Wal-Mart allows you do gift cards with a picture on it for about $1.

    Yes. I know CINEMARK (Tinseltown theaters) lets you do this online, but you have to have it delivered in about a week. I was going to do this once, and almost completed it but it asked me for a "shipping" address, so I canceled completing the entire purchase and just went to the theater to get one (without a personal photo). :eek:
