I don’t know if there has ever been a professional athlete with as much individual style as Charles. No one plays like him, his game was one brilliant improvisation. I don’t mean every move was different, I mean that he took what he had to work with and made one of the most vicious offensive repertoires yet. Each patented move he had included basically demeaning his defender. No has ever made as many centers and power forwards say “damn, I should have got that” as Charles Barkley. I think that there are times in our life that we can all learn from Charles Barkley. Out of shape, short, a little slow…heck he’s probably every person on this BBS. When I play ball with some friends and we’re losing, or even when I’m studying late at night with only a few hours left all I have to think about is a sweaty, pissed off, limping Charles Barkley spitting and screaming “F*CK!!!!” and then running back to the post to get pummeled by two seven footers to get me focused. It works, try it. Cuss when you play. Talk about people’s mothers. When people are beating you point out that they look funny, and don’t give up. Push, foul, not dirty fouls, but just enough to make people scared of you. Scratch and tear for that rebound. Charles represents that the fat and lazy can dominate, and that’s what this country is about!!!!!!! LONG LIVE CHARLES BARKLEY!!!!!!!!!
