ehh. It needs better music..maybe some Survivor. Instead of those weights, an actual tree log. How heavy are those tires? I've seen some UFC fighters use them to train also.
try pickup up a regular tire. those are heavy. i wish i had a tire like that in the backyard. it works basically every part of your body.
