Sounds like it. The stem cells are still there, even for bald men; it's just a matter of getting them to produce the cells (or whatever it was) that creates hair. I assume they'll try to get them to produce on already bald men.

 

wonder if they will be able to do the same with peoples teeth... let them regrow. After all, a crocodile can regenerate teeth as long as its alive. Some crocodiles will go through over 3000 teeth in their lifetime. If its possible for them why not us?
