"With Adrian Griffin signed for the minimum, Cuban said he now focuses less on swingmen or defensive-minded players such as Bruce Bowen. Players on the revised target list include Danny Manning, Danny Ferry, Shandon Anderson and Moochie Norris."

Losing Shandon would be manageble, but they had better not take Mooch. Colson is not ready for the primary back-up role yet.

How much cap money does Dallas have, and why do they need a 4th PG!?

Moochie has said he isn't interested in Dallas. As for Anderson, I can't imagine him giving up even partial Bird rights here to sign another exception deal and start all over. But, who knows?

Cuban doesn't want defensive minded players, yet he's after Shandon Anderson?!? What does he think Shandon is a scorer?

In Utah, Shandon was very much a scorer. For some reason, moving to Houston caused his shot to go bye bye. Maybe it is the Coors Field effect or something. Anyway, Shandon's offense is what knocked the Kings out of the first round three years ago.

IMO, all that Shandon needs to be effective is to be running against the other teams back up 2 guard instead of th starting SF.

Sign-and-trade Shandon plus Cato for Bradley and whoever. I wouldn't mind having Bradley's 3 blocks per game on the Rockets. Definitely an upgrade over Cato. Shandon is expendable with our logjam at SF (and SG, if Langhi and Morris can play there).

Shandon Anderson was not a scorer in Utah.

Besides, why would he sign with a team where he's going to get very few minutes each night?

SA should get more than 25 minutes a game with us. I don't see him getting that in Dallas
