U.S. Orders Expulsion of Cuban Diplomats May 13, 10:31 AM (ET) UNITED NATIONS (AP) - The United States has ordered seven Cuban diplomats at the country's U.N. Mission to leave the country for engaging in "activities deemed harmful to the United States," usual diplomatic language for spying, a U.S. official said Tuesday. A letter ordering the seven diplomats to leave was delivered to the Cuban Mission Monday evening, the official said. The latest U.N. directory lists 37 Cuban diplomats, led by Ambassador Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla, who are accredited to the United Nations. The names of those ordered expelled were not released. With echoes of the Cold War, the Bush administration and Cuban authorities have been in an escalating tit-for-tat reminiscent of darker days in U.S.-Cuban relations.
I can't wait to play the new Playa del Havana golf course that they will be building next to the new Casino after we liberate those poor people!
