Oh come on..........you know I had to post this.

CU, first #11 seed to advance out of the first round in the tourney's nine-year history.

    GO BUFFS!

    OSU's gonna KILL us.

I would have loved to see OSU try to avenge 2 losses (that last one was VERY FRUSTRATING) against Texas but sometimes a team just has your number and Texas has OSU's number.

I couldn't watch most of that game because of the refs. Not saying that they sucked more for one team or the other, but there was a whistle every freaking trip down the court.

The loss probably helps Texas more than anything else. With their win over OSU, the Horns were in anyway, and this gives the short bench at least a week to rest.

not so fast, you better hope ISU loses to Tech then, If ISU wins, I think they're in and Texas is out. There are a lot of "locks" losing their tournys so far, like Nevada. That will eat up some at large bids, leaving average major conference teams out.

I agree with Chump. I was hardly ready to say Texas was "in". They were close, but they lost to CU. TWICE. The 11th best team in a 12 team conference, with us only finishing above Baylor -- a TEAM THAT BEAT US!

There is no way a team with 20 wins, 9-7 in the conference, and beat a top-10 team twice (one of the wins breaking their 29-home winning streak) does not get in. There have only been a handful of teams ever (I want to say five) that have had a .500 or better record in conference without making the tournament.

I don't think any of the "experts" have UT on the bubble anymore.

People always forget that the conference tournament is irrelevant unless you win it. The selections were probably already made for the most part.

UT is in. Look around at projections, look at RPI, look at key wins, look at whatever. UT is in. They will be one and done, or second round fodder for some opponent, but they are easily in. Look at the other bubble teams out there- equally CRAPTACULAR. And I'm saying that as a big UT fan- it's just a year where every bubble team has essentially folded under the pressure, and UT deserves to be in as much as any other one of those mediocre teams.
