Once again the paranoid with no faith in our legal system are proven wrong in regards to whether our courts are capable of handling trials of terrorism.

They have such little faith in our legal system, but it shows time and time again that it is well equipped and capable of handling trials of terrorists and administering justice.

    No torture either.

Yep. Our judicial system has handled terrorism cases before and it should be no surprise they are able to do so in this case.

True it shouldn't be a surprise. But certain people like basso start peeing in their pants out of fright at the thought of a terrorist being tried in NYC.

There are plenty of congressmen, and an ex VP who try and make it seem like we aren't safe if terrorists go through the criminal justice system.

You are correct nobody should be surprised, but some politicians will pretend like it couldn't work, and other panic stricken weak-spined individuals will by into the idea.
