Is the first question on the FAQ on the same page but here it is:

1) How can I save my character?

I get tons of e-mails because of this... PLEASE stop it! I really can't describe it better than this
1) create your character
2) press the "print" key on your keyboard (nothing happens)
3) open MS Paint, MS Word or a program like Photohop
4) click "edit", "paste"
5) the picture will appear and you can save or edit it
Mac: you can hit command-shift-4 to select the picture
