[Crazy]Handcuffed suspect attempts escape in cop car and shot

    This is in my hometown of Billings, MT earlier today. A man and woman were caught by police burglarizing a home. SWAT was called and negotiated a surrender after several hours. Two suspects taken into custody...a man and a woman.

    Both are cuffed, searched and placed in police cars. Watch what happens next.

    Yes. Left behind a 1 year old and a widow from what I gather. Not sure if the chick arrested with him was his wife or not.

    Didn't this happen previously but there was no video, so everyone (in thread on bbs) just assumed that a cop really just shot a suspect?
