This is a clip from an Astros game where the ball disapears after the pitch. It's insane where it goes. It's a small file. http://s49.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=2MFNVN8KC606L3ENYA3GFQDST9 http://s49.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=1Y72B8PVABQIS1GT9YIGF4OFXK http://s49.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=2LAUPT2QCD7S62LUJ6LRQQR0X1 http://s49.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=09XBFFE9BR2T71RVZ6OTJHKGW3 http://s49.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=1C1OTLYBEIWUM26Z09TA695U1B
i can't get it to d/l but if it's what i think it is, then i assume most people have seen it but it's still incredible.
Here try these.... http://s49.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=2MFNVN8KC606L3ENYA3GFQDST9 http://s49.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=1Y72B8PVABQIS1GT9YIGF4OFXK http://s49.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=2LAUPT2QCD7S62LUJ6LRQQR0X1 http://s49.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=09XBFFE9BR2T71RVZ6OTJHKGW3 http://s49.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=1C1OTLYBEIWUM26Z09TA695U1B
Look closely. Top Left pocket of Ump. Edit: you edited when I qouted.... I wonder if the Ump sent the runner back to third?
I was wondering the same thing... Did they call some kind of interference? I remember getting a lacrosse ball stuck under my chest protector once (I was the goalie). I seriously could NOT find the damn thing.... I looked everywhere, searched every inch of the net, looked in the corners of the goal, I checked my stick to see if I got stuck.... NOWHERE. I finally took off my helmet and then started taking off all the pads and gear, and the ball dropped out. It was the darndest thing.
the way i remember it, he got sent back to third. i actually got to see it live and it was pretty weird watching the catcher (i assume ausmus) frantically search for the ball before everyone realized what happened.
Anyone remember a couple years ago when a ball (I think it was fouled off) went through Ausmus' mask? That was crazy. Yesterday at work I was pushing down on a pen and making it run up and hit the keyboard on the desk. The second time I did it it flipped up and landed perfectly in the cup where we keep the pens and highlighters. It was awesome.
