Kelly Osbourne Enters Rehabilitation for Drug Use WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Heavy metal rocker Ozzy Osbourne and his wife Sharon on Friday said their 19-year-old daughter Kelly entered a California drug rehabilitation clinic earlier in the day to grapple with her abuse of painkillers. Sharon Osbourne told CNN's "Larry King Live" the couple confronted their daughter early on Friday after the family was contacted by an English tabloid seeking comment on a picture in which Kelly appeared to be buying drugs. "She admitted it after a lot of twisting," she told CNN. "Literally, a couple of hours ago, she was admitted to rehab." She said their son, Jack Osbourne, who underwent substance abuse treatment last year, took Kelly to Promises Drug & Alcohol Rehabilitation Addiction Center in Malibu, California. Ozzy Osbourne, an admitted drug addict and alcoholic who has spent time in rehabilitation clinics himself, said he had asked Kelly repeatedly if she used drugs, but she denied it. "I can't believe we were buying into it," he said. "The amount of pills I found in her bag was astounding." ---- I guess it just runs in the family, huh?
wow..that's awful you would think living with ozzy everyday would be a visual reminder of what that crap can do to you.
Somebody should put that no-talent butterhog out of her misery...and I say that with the greatest of respect.
hahaha Kelly Osbourne sucks and I must say is pretty worthless as a "rock and roller". As MadMax said, it's just plain stupid that she would go and do that after being reminded everyday of what drugs can do to you. Then again, she doesn't pay any attention to her parents and is so dumb that she might not have realized that's why Ozzy is so braindead, no offense to Ozzy or his fans.
I'm a huge fan of Sabbath and Randy Rhoads-era Ozzy, but his' conception of this girl is nearly unforgivable. You expect her to be stupid, since she quit school. You expect her to do drugs, because she lives in LA and has money. But my God, she's like walking proof of Christ's suffering. Why must she exist, and with a forum to speak, no less?
I've got tons of respect for what Ozzy has done and meant to metal...but, He is a living reminder of what excessive drugs and alcohol can do to you...and it doesn't surprise me in the least that both of his ill-mannered little brats are too stupid to see exactly why you shouldn't take that stuff. I will give em one thing....when I was their age I thought I was invincible and that doing crap like that wouldnt hurt me and I could stop at any time...luckily I grew out of it....time will tell if they do.
