like dallas needs ANOTHER hole to fill on the oline......

i know he's getting older and is due a lot of money, but come on. the line sucks and with TO coming, we need a veteran leader in the locker room who has been with dallas for a while and is willing to put someone in their place when they step out of line. not very sure about this move, but i haven't been sure about most moves jerry jones has made since becoming the gm 10 years ago.

And who says Larry Allen is that guy?

Dude has been living off his rep for years and was in no way worth the $$$ he was raking in.

most likely, the kosier signing is what is going to fill in that hole.

I heard on Sportscenter this morning that it was a cut for cap reasons and the team might still sign Allen to a smaller contract.

Larry was hurt two years ago, I think it was chronic high ankle sprain, when he got in Parcel's doghouse. I watched every Cowboys game on in Houston last year and the old dude (34) can still play.

You guys know that that miss wasn't the kickers fault, so Larry was wrong.

uh, yeah it was. i believe it was after a cortez shanked a 25 yard field goal against seattle. the snap was bad but the holder got it down fine, he just missed it. there weren't any excuses for that. your a freakin' professional missing 25 chip shots??? allen should drop kicked him chuck norris style.

and whoever said larry couldn't play anymore, aparantly you don't watch the cowboys. he was injured a couple years ago and his play suffered. but last year he was great, and definitely earned that pro bowl spot.

i hope the cowboys bring him back.
