I was lucky enough to get courtside seats last night. At one point in the fourth quarter, a guy behind me was yelling at Trevor when he got called for the back court violation.

Fan: "Trevor, get your head in the game!"

Ariza(yelling): "He threw the ****ing ball away! Shut up!"

There was a little girl, maybe 7 or 8, right in front of him on the first row.

When he hit the game tying three, he came over and stared the guy down.

In case the men and women of clutchfans.net were not aware, Trevor Ariza is a d******d.

I was wondering who he was beating his chest at and screaming "what now!?" at.

Maybe that guy helped him get his head in the game? ;)

I believe GMs are in business to win basketball games, not sportsmanship awards.

Basketball is an emotional sport. Relax. Move along.

If you think you're frustrated watching him play, imagine how he feels.

I don't blame him if a few curse words slip out. Even Shane Battier lets loose an f-bomb now and then. Parents that put their 7-year old kid in the front seat should know that's part of the game.

So he as scowling at that specific guy? That's funny but believable. I just assumed he was scowling at the entire crowd. The best part of that was his Kobe-esque swing at the air move as he ran to mid-court after he hit the shot.

I suspect we will hear more and more stories like this about Ariza while he is here. I would say that he is the type of guy that might take a swing at a fan but I think he is smart enough to know that any physical contact with anyone bigger than a 3rd grader might break him in half and ruin his career (as if he isn't ruining it by suiting up every night).

Oh well, at least his Three Point FG % is out of the 20s again...for now.

So, after a few years in LA, he managed to pick up Kobe's bad habits, but not the good ones.

Wow, a guy shows emotion after being heckled during a tense game? He's obviously a classless thug

He is just a sensitive lad. Seriously, I think his emotions hurt his overall game, you have to shoot the next shot with as much confidence as the last.

    He looks scared to me.

It's not a matter of getting his head in. Sometimes, Trevor Ariza just doesn't have a head. I think that guy's comments gave him head so that he can hit the game tying J.

Does anyone agree with me, when Ariza grows out his sideburns looking all nappy, he looks like a terrorist? With a name like Ariza I wonder if he gets stoped at the airport often.
