    1. Did anyone notice that Jalen Rose did not play in the second half the other night and apparently, there has been some discord in Pacerville this year...how about Jalen playing the 3 on this team? any chances of landing him?

    2. Is Santiago better than Cato? That is the question! Granted he could not start for the Suns, but why not give him a shot since we need some banging...we could sign him to a 10-dayer.....

even Cato could get the starting nod for the Suns. Voskul is the star center for God's sake! As for Jalen, he would be an amazing fit on this team! as for our chances of landing him, I think the Pacers are loaded with young talent and really don't know what we have to offer for him..on another note, Recasner was waived today as well, hope he catches on somewhere

I'm not so sure about Rose.

If he's unhappy in Indy, why would he be happy here? He wants to be a PG, and obviously we have Francis at the point.

He has to have the ball in his hands, and we don't exactly have guys who like to give up the ball.

Moreover, we need a spot-up shooting SF.

Rose has been in the Isiah doghouse for quite a while now and regularly doesn't play the 4th quarter (usually Harrington plays the 3 spot in the 4th). Isiah has said it is cause he plays very poor defense and has been ripping him about it lately.

However, Reggie could retire at the end of the season so they may be silly to trade him, although it would open up minutes for Bender who is ready to explode.

In that article about Cuttino giving Harrington the head's up on the last Rockets' play, it also credits Harrington for shutting down Cuttino in the second half. Harrington didn't guard Cuttino in the first half. So Harrington's a 2/3, like Oscar.

In all honesty why would you want a player like Rose on our current team. He wants and demands to have the ball all the time. You already have one player like that (Mobely) and another who needs to have the ball in his hands more (Francis).

That being said it would still be cool on paper to have Francis, Mobely, and Rose in our starting line up

Woofer, he's not a 2/3 like Oscar, he's a atheletic player period. He's a multi tool player that can score, rebound, defend, pass, and run. You load your team up with guys like this and you have no problem finding a place for them. The Pacers although I think they're underacheiving have ball players and not "system" players. They can put 3 guys out there under the ager of 23 and will still have a good team. They have guys that can play multiple positions but are not undersized when the do it. We don't have players like that because we have players like Rice,Walt, and guys like that.

It must be a good problem to have when you can bring in a 6'8 240lbs small forward and put him on the others teams supposedly 2nd best player and pretty much shut him down. I think Morris can be that kind of player, but if he can't shoot the 3, then somehow the coach will have a hard time finding room to play a 5 tool player possibly.
