How do I find out exactly what county/city I'm in? Is there a website where I can punch in my zip code to tell me?

If you know your zip code, but do not know what county or city you are in, you have bigger issues to deal with..... :p

Do you remember what your school district was? Usually that's an indicator of your country. HISD, FBISD ect..

Enter your full address here and then his submit. This will give you the official US Postal Service maling format which includes the city. Underneath the address and city will appear a button marked "mailing industry information". Click on this to get the county name.

I live in Houston, TX also, but not in the City Limits.

Zip codes that are 770XX means Houston.

Zip Codes like 77XXX means you live in Harris county, but live in an "island city," or suburb of a Houston City.

Bellaire has that 77XXX zip code and Cypress, and I forgot who else.
