Corpus Christi / Port Aransas - What to do.... Where to go???

    Ok so we have this company fishing trip coming up this weekend where we royally schmooze and booze 3 of our largest customers in Port Aransas. Should be a good time.

    Questions:

    1. Where are the places to hang out and party? Im dealing with construction type clients - most of them single just out of college red wing wearing dudes. They want to get drunk, party, and hit on good looking chicks - with the expectation of bringing them home to party more at the 2 huge houses we rented.

    2. Are there any topless bars in the area - and more importantly - are they even worth going to?? Im sure some of the crowd of 30 will want to go see some boobs one night, so I need to have a place to go when this happens.

    A buddy of mine runs a charter service out of Corpus, I'll try to get the lowdown from him.

    Also, talk to the captain & the guys on your boat(s), they'll know the local scene.

    I got married in Port Aransas. Man, that place is dead. Of course, I was there in the offseason and wasn't looking for strip clubs, what with my impending wedding and all. I have family in Corpus Christi and -- from what I'm told -- it is a pretty conservative, quiet place.

    Port A is fun on summer & holiday weekends. Great sailing/party stop.

    Dtown Corpus is good too, cool little bars w/in walking distance of the marina.

    Go now before the evil Tillman Fertitta takes over the marina as planned, and turns it into freaking Joe's Crab Shack Corpusland...

    Downtown Corpus has some ok bars. Just go down there and check out the scene.

    As for men's clubs, try Cheetah's or The Palace(my friend Mindy works there).

    Apparently Sharkey's is the place to hit.

    I was talking to one of my customers who used to live in Corpus and he says the place is like 70% women and most of them are really hot.... :eek:

    So yes... Even I have a chance to get laid this weekend....
