Is anyone else guilty of eating Cool Whip instead of ice cream? I get the fat free kind (so I feel like its a healthy alternative), and its sooooooo good. I get tempted to eat the whole carton. oh yeah, i forgot to include the part about putting the cool whip in the freezer, so it becomes ice cream like.
What the hell? Really? That is wayyyyyy funny........ I finger dip on occasion if its in the fridge......
Ugh. I hate the taste of cool whip. If I indulge in any fat free "whipped cream"-like substance, it's the kind in the can.
regular: 25 cals, 1.5 fat, 1g sugar lite: 20 cals, 1g fat, 1g sugar fat free: 15 cals, 0g fat, 1g sugar sugar free: 20 cals, 1 fat, 0g sugar all nutritional info for 2 tablespoons. so i guess if you ate 10 servings (20 tablespoons), it would be 250 cals regular vs. 150 fat free.

mm...... yes.. hydrogenated vegetable oils, modified food starch and other additives mixed with water and corn syrup.. delicious....... quite the apt substitute for cream, milk and sugar............
But how many ice creams that you buy at the store are actually just cream, milk, and sugar these days?
