Is anyone else guilty of eating Cool Whip instead of ice cream?

I get the fat free kind (so I feel like its a healthy alternative), and its sooooooo good. I get tempted to eat the whole carton.

oh yeah, i forgot to include the part about putting the cool whip in the freezer, so it becomes ice cream like.

I'm just thinking out loud....but I bet you the fat-free kind has a butt-load of sugar in it.

Ugh. I hate the taste of cool whip. If I indulge in any fat free "whipped cream"-like substance, it's the kind in the can.

    regular: 25 cals, 1.5 fat, 1g sugar

    lite: 20 cals, 1g fat, 1g sugar

fat free: 15 cals, 0g fat, 1g sugar

sugar free: 20 cals, 1 fat, 0g sugar

all nutritional info for 2 tablespoons.

so i guess if you ate 10 servings (20 tablespoons), it would be 250 cals regular vs. 150 fat free.

But how many ice creams that you buy at the store are actually just cream, milk, and sugar these days?
