Just saw JVG at the Smash Burger on 59 and Buffalo Speedway, pretty cool since I'm just visiting from Austin for the weekend. I didn't want to pester him for a picture while he was ordering food, sorry no pics. Does he live around there or something?
lol after seeing his bald head, the black circles under his eyes, and listening to him order food, I'm sure it wasn't that guy
I'd ask him about football. I'd think he'd like that. Also I wouldn't walk in his presence, only defensive slides and floor slapping.
He was just by himself, and he obviously ordered a burger, good taste too as Smash Burger is hella good.
definitely not, If I had wanted to pester him at all I would have said he was the only analyst worth a **** because he tells it like it is and doesn't suck up to big market teams.
I was on a flight last month with JVG when I headed to Boston. I said hello to him, he was really cool. He lives in Houston.
I've always been a big proponent of JVG, I really don't think it was his fault for the Rockets lack of playoff success.
What is the best way to handle that type of situation. I mean, you don't want to bother him, but you would still want to ask something. JVG is one of my heroes.
If I was there I would talk to him, how often are you gonna get the chance. If he doesn't want to be bothered he'll say so, no harm no foul.
