I've been doing the basic experiment with my science classes for a couple of years. it works with any soda and any type of mentos. One major tip I learned, if your going to do it. Make sure you have some type of holder for the mentos. They don't come out of thier package very well. I usually roll up a piece of paper to about the size of the mentos and tape it off. I pinch the bottom mento and wen I am ready let go of it and they all fall in. I'm going to have to go to their website to find out how they did the directional sprays. I would like to try that out.
