Last night I was looking to buy Mariah Carey concert tickets At ticketmaster the convenience fee is $7.50, regardless of the type of seat you choose. Well, I looked up the map & discovered it’s only 7 min drive from work.

I can understand ticketmaster want to cover their online operation cost, but $7.50 for a $50 ticket !? It’s quite big a screw-off.

Does anybody else have the similar experience?

My convenience charge for the BareNaked Ladies concert last night was $6.66 per ticket. I guess they were really trying to rub it in that they were evil by choosing that number. Those were $35 tickets, so that works out to a nearly 20% fee.

I can't get ten dollar tickets to Sonics games for under 39 dollars.

Meant to say for two tickets, including the ticketfast printing fee.
