In a couple of months I will be leasing one of my business properties for the first time. Granted the lease will be to a family member, Im pretty anal when it comes to business and I like to do things by the book.

I plan to make him sign a contract for 3-5 years (haven't discussed the term yet) and if he decides to break the contract, he will be liable for lawyer fee's etc. Can anyone help me create a contract like this? Is there anything else I should add?

Thats my plan when I have kids. :p I'll call it the "28 year plan". 18 years to college. Another 6-10 years of medical/graduate school.

If you go to Staples or one of those types of stores, they have form contracts for business leases. Relatively cheap and you can add your own provisions.
