Managed to fall asleep during the Astros game and happened to have it on ESPN (NFL draft special my ass...). Anyway, woke up in time to see Freddy Curiel land a monster blow on Ross Minter in the 8th round with 2:20 passed or something like that. Just an insane blow; apparently he had been losing the entire fight? Anyone else watching this stuff? USA vs UK in 6 matches...seems interesting and that punch that Curiel landed to lay out Minter was a beauty...seriously, Minter tried to get up at the 3 count and fell backwards almost out of the damn ring!
Yeah that was one hellva a punch Curiel threw to win it, Minter had that fight wrapped up. Last weeks fight was a bore fest, curious to see next weeks bout with Alfonso
